I don’t like President Bush, but does that mean he deserves not one but two shoes thrown at him doing a press conference? This act shows the difference between western and eastern civilizations.  A reporter has no allegiance, a journalist is only to report the news, not literally create the headlines.  The news station / newspaper in which this “journalist” is employed should apologize for their employee’s actions and fire the wanabee pitcher. 

I am not saying the eastern world is backwards I’m just saying it’s different from ours in more ways then one.  Hek, we our more closely associated with the Jews than the Muslims; at least Jews believe in Republican government representation.  We must stop trying to change the Muslims to be more like us because they can not be changed nor if they are happy living in their world we should not impose our will on them.  If the Muslims start blowing up civilian targets then we should impose our will on them, as we are doing in Afghanistan. 

Remember, the Muslim/Arabs/Persians were kings of the Middle East, Central Asia and Eastern Europe for more than 1000 years. I think they now get the point that people should not invade other countries for shits and giggles.  As the Arabs and Persians now realize, what goes around comes around.

No, Italians do not suck; I just used the title to get your attention.  But I do have some problems/concerns with Italians. When I say Italian I mean the ones that are actually live in Italy.  Italians that live in Italy do not consider Americans of Italian decent Italians. It’s a bit complicated (tomorrow’s blog will explain). Anyway the Italian state is dying off, not by war or famine but for one simple reason, Italians are not reproducing enough. If you have ever been to Italy you should have noticed that there were only a few young people and most of them were black or Romanians.  I think Italy needs a wake up call and starts having more unprotected sex if they are to remain Italians. If not, then the Africans and Romanians will take over that country.

If you have been reading my blogs you will know that I was correct concerning the slide of the Euro and Pound against the Dollar. I wrote one article in July and one in early August stating that the Dollar is coming back. What does this mean for the middle income consumer? INFLATION. Inflation may come down on us hard if the price of oil does not continue to decrease, the Federal Reserve raises interests rates from there current level or Russia disrupts economic markets in Asia, mainly China.

Let’s face it, if the price of a barrel of oil continues to drop as a still foresee then transportation costs of our goods will decrease. It is that simple. Plus, even if the would economic view is a little grim that will mean less oil we will have to use to run our cars, heat our homes and offices. A win win I say. Don’t worry; this outcome is most likely to happen.

If the Federal Reserve keeps rates at there current levels then we should be fine. But if the Fed jumps the gun and raises interest rates to curve inflation then we will be in a world of hurt because the housing market is still on a tender foot.

Russia, what can I say but I hate the country. Russian politics have hurt that country more than it has helped but that does not mean the Russian people will not go along with the crowd. But now that I think about it China may need to cash in there US reserve bills and lower the dollar again which will help our exports.

Man, the US is looking good baby.

Let’s face facts, the European Union would not have a chance of victory against Russia if talks would turn into action. Now I hate the Russians as much as any warm blooded American but the EU are full of wimps (except of the Brits). We can not blame the Europeans for being a bunch of pacifists; us Americans made the Europeans depend on our military might during the Cold War instead of training them to fight their own battles. Even the once mighty German Wehrmacht is a paper tiger compared to the Russian War machine. I am surprised the Reds have not crossed the Polish and Ukraine borders to take full control of the continent.

There is some hope for the Euros and that hope is its ability to get arms from the United States if needed. Plus, the United States would not allow the Russians to take control of the British Isles. The Brits (English, Scottish, and Welch) along with Ireland have too many family/business ties with America to let them fall victim to the Red Huns that we call Russia.

I do not hate China as much as some may believe. The concerns I have with China are its cheap products, human rights violations, pollution record and did I mention their cheap products. Okay, it’s true I am not a huge China fan but I do not hate them, at least not as much as the Russians. The Chinese are just trying to make up for lost time due to European colonization and Japanese aggression from the early 1930s until 1945. Hate China, no I am just a disappointed with them.

Let’s start with there cheap products. I hate when a product has “Made in China” printed on its underbelly. When the “Made in China” is on an item I know the product is of inferior quality. I just bought a toy gun for my son at Disneyland on Friday and by Saturday afternoon the toy gun was broken. The toy gun broke when my son was using it under normal use. I also bought a rake and it broke after I used it once. The rake didn’t fall apart but it the handle became lose. My list goes on and on. Except for clothing or plush toys stay away from the “Made in China” products.

China’s human right record speaks for itself. Where should we start, how about in Tibet? Nah let us begin with the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989. You no what, I want to start with the censorship of its people. Let’s not get started with the way they treat Muslims in the most eastern provinces. I can write a book on the human right violations so if you have not heard about them, then Google them. The only killing the Chinese have justified at least in my mind was disposing of all its druggy’s by putting a bullet in each of their heads and monitoring their borders for drug trafficking.

I’ll speak of their pollution problem (the US is not any better) tomorrow when I point the finger not only at China but all of us humans.

The Russian’s have been a scorn upon this earth since the beginning of civilization. From Ivan the Terrible in the 1500s to the communist pigs of the 20th century we have been putting up with these uncultured swine for to long. How much longer must the world suffer because mother Russia has an identity crisis? The Russians don’t even know whether to call themselves Europeans or Asians. So, let me get this straight; the world suffers because the people of Russia to not have the courage to stand up to corruption from their power hungry politicians/Tsars. How long will it be until the Russians turn their sites on Ukraine or Belarus if we do not take action?

The Russian are a weak people, the Russians will have you think that they beat Napoleon and single handily destroyed Hitler’s Germany. Well, they didn’t, the crappy weather of Russia was the hero. There was no courage involved just a waiting game for their horrible weather to take its toll on the advancing armies. Maybe I shouldn’t be too hard on Russians because if I lived in that awful hell of a country I would be an ass too. Okay, enough of my rants; what are we going to do about Russia?

Let’s face it; we are over stretched from the conflict in Afghanistan and the blunder in Iraq. So, what can we do? We arm the crap out of Eastern Europe and make the soft EU pay most of the bill. I know this sounds far fetched but we can not just sit here and allow a military region pick on smaller countries. Dmitry Medvedev and Putin (well just Putin) must be stopped. The power of Russia relies on the bullying of smaller countries, so let’s do what the Russian’s did to us in Vietnam and us them in Afghanistan. Have smaller countries with everything to lose fight.

Or we can pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq, rebuild for two years and start puffing our chests. That usually works.
